The challenge

As an automotive group operating across several sites, Grupo Purdy faced a challenge common to large organizations with a distributed physical presence: managing parking in an orderly way when daily demand is high and space is finite.

Managing spots manually between the Ciudad Toyota buildings and Purdy Motor meant constant coordination work, the risk of assigned spaces going unused while other employees couldn't find a spot, and very little visibility into real usage. Without data, it was hard to know whether parking was being well used or whether policies needed adjusting per site.

What Grupo Purdy was really after was three things: order (clear, consistent rules per site), traceability (knowing who books and who actually uses the spot), and autonomy for employees, without depending on manual requests.

The solution

Parso Corporate Experience was implemented with the Parking Management module, configured to operate independently at each site — the Ciudad Toyota buildings and Purdy Motor. Each employee books their spot from the mobile app or the web, which removes manual coordination and reduces the dependence on a single administrator.

On top of that, Parso delivers periodic usage-effectiveness reports that turn every booking into actionable information: how much is booked, how much is actually used, and how demand behaves per site. Exactly the visibility that didn't exist before.

Results

Incidents down to a fraction

The client reports a steep drop in parking incidents since the project started — a lot that now runs on its own rules instead of daily firefighting.

Healthy usage pattern

Usage shows consistent Monday-to-Friday peaks with weekend drops, exactly the behavior expected across a work week.

Stable, low-maintenance operation

The account generates very little support demand. For a client of this size, that is a strong sign of maturity: the platform runs without friction and the administrative team can spend its time on other priorities.

Autonomy without manual requests

Employees resolve their own parking from the app, and each site keeps its own rules — order and self-service at the same time.

With PARSO we transformed an uncontrolled parking lot into a self-managed space. Incidents dropped from close to 70% at the start of the project to approximately 10% today, allowing a much more efficient operation.
